Terms of Service.

To use Secure Valet service, a customer is agreeing to and must abide by the following regulations to ensure safety during transportation:

  • If a customer is deemed unorderly by behavior, or is determined to be inebriated in any form or manner, the operator is allowed to refuse service.

  • Service is given on a first-come first-serve basis, bribes to expedite or bypass those who have requested service is not tolerated. Service will be refused.

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times upon the vehicle without exception. Violation of this rule will be cause for ban from any further use of the service.

  • A customer must be seated at all times when the vehicle is in transportation without exception. An operator cannot transport more entities than permitted by the vehicle’s manufacturer. An attempt to bypass this will result in a refusal of service.

  • If a customer were to violate the above protocol and remove themselves from the vehicle during transportation, the incident will be reported to the City of Dallas with video footage. The customer who has done the violation will be removed from any further use of services provided by Secure Valet.

  • All vehicles under Secure Valet are to be monitored by camera at all times during vehicle operation.

  • Customers are not permitted to bring any open substances that would cause intoxication onto the vehicle.

  • Firearms or any other category of weapon are not permitted to be transported in the vehicle and must be left at the location in which the customer was retrieved.

  • Payment is taken prior to the transportation, failure to provide sufficient payment will result in a refusal of service.

  • Secure Valet is not an emergency vehicle and thus is prohibited to provide emergency service. Please dial 9-1-1 for an immediate emergency needs at all times.

  • Refusal of service can also apply on the grounds of potential criminal activity or if the operator of the vehicle has fear for their safety.
